Register your child

Register your child/ren by filling out an Intake Form. This way, we will have all your information on file to discuss at the Intake Meeting

Schedule an Intake Meeting

All new families are required to have an Intake Meeting with their child/ren before attending our programs. You will meet with the director to discuss the programs available for your child. Please email to schedule


Once your registration has been accepted, you will receive a Program Form as well as a Health & Emergency Form. When those are returned, your child/ren is ready to begin participating in programs!
